The indices of the Sullivan County Registry of Deeds contain entries of information pertaining to the names of the grantors/grantees, book/page of recording, location of property and date of record.

Although every effort is made to ascertain that all information is accurate before printing, errors do happen and when discovered are corrected immediately. The Registry has no duty to notify any users of any such corrections and/or errors.

The parties agree by reading this contract/agreement that they acknowledge that they should not rely on any copy of an index for information about a recorded instrument. That all instruments shall be examined on an individual basis for the accuracy of the information being sought by the user of this site.

Only copies obtained from the official Registry of Deeds records are considered to be the official public record.
